How to put handwriting on your own stationery

Use paid credits to write on an uploaded JPG, PNG or WebP paper template, such as letterhead or a notebook page.

Step by step

  1. Prepare a clean, straight photo or scan of the paper with room for handwriting. Keep it separate from the source you want copied.
  2. In Transcribe mode, choose Custom paper and upload the template. Use the source field for the text, PDF or image you want copied.
  3. Generate one page first. Compare the margins, printed decorations and ruling before using the same template on more pages.

How many credits does a custom template cost?

The template upload has no extra fee. Each standard output page uses one paid credit, and one template is shared by the selected pages in a task.

A real example

This letter uses the built-in letter paper and illustrates how a source, a paper background and a result differ. The steps above explain how to replace that background with your own template.
